Business Analyst Deal Processing Platform
Location: Atlanta GA Houston TX Juno Beach FL (Remote Option Available)
Estimated Assignment Length: 8 Months

Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our clients Commercial Operations & Strategy team. This role focuses on enhancing deal processing and CRM platforms used in energy marketing operations across multiple US markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
- Create and refine user stories in the product backlog
- Develop and execute test cases and scenarios
- Conduct UAT and gather user feedback
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions
- Provide ongoing platform support and troubleshooting
- Identify process improvements and system enhancements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Systems or related field
- 3 years of Business Analyst experience
- Strong background in requirements gathering and user testing
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Advanced analytical and problemsolving abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Energy marketing experience (natural gas/power)
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence
- Agile methodology experience
- Salesforce and VertexOne experience
