Location: Fully Remote (Reports to Head of Sales in Sydney)
We are seeking multiple motivated and dynamic Business Development Managers across different states who thrive on acquiring new clients (HUNTERS). This fully remote role offers both flexibility and autonomy with direct reporting to the Head of Sales based in Sydney.
Your primary responsibility will be driving client growth within the Labour Hire sector on while contributing to strategies for continued expansion across your region.
About the Role:
In this role you will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Exploring New Opportunities: Engage in cold calling and leverage various tactics to identify new business opportunities in the Labour Hire market.
- Achieving Targets: Proactively meet and exceed KPIs and budgets.
- Managing Your Pipeline: Regularly update your sales pipeline in reports and CRM to reflect current opportunities.
- Collaborating with the Candidate Management Team: Serve as the liaison between your clients and the Candidate Management team to ensure successful placements.

- Proven experience in a Business Development or Sales Representative role.
- A strong track record as a high achiever consistently meeting KPIs in the Labour Hire sector.
- A positive customer service attitude paired with excellent negotiation skills.
- Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
