Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are seeking an experienced Developer with a specialty in high accuracy GPS capabilities in web development and Android application development.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the creation implementation testing and debugging of web and Android applications based on high precision GPS capabilities.
- Utilize Microsoft tools namely Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server for project development and management.
- Develop highquality scalable and predictable web applications on the Microsoft technology stack and maintain internal ASP.NET MVC applications. The candidate may or may not perform actual development in our ASP.NET MVC application. Knowledge and experience with ASP.NET MVC is a plus though.
- Design develop and optimize Android applications employing precision GPS capabilities.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define design and initiate new application features.
- Evaluate and optimize application performance identifying and correcting bottlenecks and bugs.
- Train assist and communicate effectively with internal teams providing expertise and guidance.
- Report to the VP of IT discussing developments challenges and strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in web development utilizing high accuracy GPS capability.
- Extensive experience in Android application development applying GPS capabilities.
- Profound knowledge and application of Microsoft tools especially Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server.
- We are not necessarily looking for someone with deep knowledge of these tools but we do want some familiarity so they don t have to ramp up 100%.
- Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC including coding testing and debugging.
- Outstanding communication skills capable of breaking down complex concepts for varied audiences.
- Ability to work remotely and adapt to changing time zones.
- Solid understanding of ObjectOriented Programming (OOP).
- A degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.

3 years of experience in lead generation or business development, ideally within IT outsourcing or talent sourcing. Experience working with clients in international markets, especially the US, UK, and Europe. Strong understanding of the IT industry, specifically developer roles and technologies. Proven track record of successfully generating and nurturing leads. Familiarity with lead generation tools and CRM systems. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to meet targets.
