Job Description
Are you looking for a flexible workfromhome opportunity Join our team as a Remote Customer Service Representative and help support customers of various clients! In this role you ll handle both inbound calls ensuring donors have a seamless experience while entering their information into our database. If you have great communication skills and a passion for helping others this is the perfect role for you!
Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to support customers of various clients
- Provide excellent customer service addressing questions and concerns
- Accurately enter information into our database
- Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction
- Meet and exceed performance metrics to qualify for advancement opportunities
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong verbal communication skills
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office proficiency)
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends (set your own schedule)
