Job Description:
We are seeking a hardworking and detailoriented Dishwasher/buster to join our team. The ideal candidate will be bilingual (English & Spanish) and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment helping maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining area.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
Dishwashing:
- Clean and sanitize dishes utensils and kitchen equipment.
- Load and unload dishwashers efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dishwashing station sinks and floors.
Bussing:
- Clear tables and reset them for the next customers.
- Assist wait staff in delivering food to tables and refilling water.
- Ensure dining areas are clean and tidy always.
- Remove trash and clean floors when necessary.
Other Duties:
- Assist kitchen staff with cleaning duties.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with team members.
Requirements:
- Experience: No prior experience is required; we will train the right candidate.
- Language Skills: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Availability to work weekends nights and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work in a hot wet and loud environment.

High school diploma or GED. ServSafe food handling certification is preferred. Sound knowledge of cooking methods and techniques. Proven experience working as a Cook. The ability to follow recipes. The ability to work in a team. The ability to stand for extended periods. Effective communication skills.
