Bilingual Customer Care Representative
Our client in the insurance industry is seeking 10 Bilingual Customer Care Representatives to support their Life Insurance Business Group. In this role you will assist both Advisors and Clients with inquiries providing exceptional service and accurate information. This entrylevel opportunity offers significant growth potential across different business units within the company.
What is in it for you:
Hourly salary of $24.34.
6month contract with the potential for permanent employment.
Fulltime position: 37.50 hours per week.
Weekday schedule: Rotating 8hour shifts between 8 am and 6 pm.
Shifts start at 8:00 am 9:00 am 9:30 am and 10:00 am.
Hybrid work: 3 office days from Tuesday to Thursday.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls from customers and financial advisors regarding contracts products and procedures.
Provide comprehensive information and resolve most inquiries during the first call.
Assist clients with online account access and follow up on any outstanding issues.
Send statements and tax slips as needed.
Maintain call productivity and quality standards set by the department including meeting call audit benchmarks.
Accurately research and deliver product information to callers.
What you will need to succeed:
High school diploma required; college or university education preferred or equivalent work experience.
2 3 years of experience in a customer service hospitality or customer engagement role.
Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written) to communicate with both Englishspeaking and Frenchspeaking clients.
Proficient in using computers and navigating applications on a laptop.
Patience with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
Resilience with the ability to handle feedback constructively and remain professional in tough situations.
Experience in financial services personal insurance or technical support (nicetohave).
Previous experience in a call center environment (nicetohave).
