Job Description

Job Quick Facts:

Service Setting: Outpatient

Reason For Coverage: Supplemental

Coverage Period: Nov

Coverage Type: Clinical Only

Shift Schedule: MonWed; 8a5p (1hr lunch)

Patient Volume: Ave. of 15

Support Staff: 1 RN 2 MAs 2 Office Staff

Seasoned/experienced staff available entire shift to navigate any issues concerns or questions provider may have.

Required Procedures:

External Beam Therapy (EBRT): Linear Accelerator (Rapid Arc/VMAT & Electrons)

Techniques: Conventional/Conformal Therapy Intensity Modulated Radiation therapy (IMRT) Image Guided Radiation Therapy (IGRT)

Treatment planning: Conventional Beam shaping (MLC) 3D CRT IMRT PET CT or MRI Image Fusion Electronic Portal Imaging (EPI)

Trauma Level: III

EMR: Cerner

Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

Active TX License

BLS
