Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a dynamic and resultsoriented Sales Development Representative who can effectively support the CEO and the sales team in achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads nurturing relationships and setting appointments for the sales team. You will play a critical role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth. Additionally the SDR will act as an Executive Assistant to the CEO (Ibby) and provide highlevel administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Development

  • Conduct extensive research to identify potential leads and target accounts.

  • Qualify leads based on established criteria

  • Nurture relationships with prospects through personalized email communication and followup.

  • Schedule appointments and product demonstrations for the sales team.

  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.

  • Stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and product updates.


Executive Assistant to CEO

  • Manage and maintain the CEOs calendar including scheduling appointments meetings and travel arrangements.

  • Handle email correspondence prioritizing and responding to urgent matters on behalf of the CEO.

  • Prepare and edit presentations reports and other documents as needed.

  • Arrange and coordinate logistics for meetings conferences and events.

  • Assist with personal errands and tasks as requested by the CEO.



Requirements

**Qualifications: **

  • Proven experience in sales support lead generation or a similar role.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent research and prospecting skills.

  • Highly organized and detailoriented.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot).

  • Familiarity with sales methodologies and techniques.

  • Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or providing administrative support is a plus.

At least 4 + years experience in executive assistant or in a similar administrative role Experience with an Accounts Administration Role Proficiency in office software and productivity tools. Quickbooks Experience. Ability to work independently and collaboratively Desired Skills or Qualifications: Intermediate MS Excel and MS Word Certification Strong organizational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Prior experience in rental properties a plus
