  • Should be able to interface discussion between IT team and Business team
  • Should be able to understand current applications and its business implications and should be able to share this knowledge with IT team and DQ team
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate various applications
  • Stay abreast of developments in web technologies and programming languages
  • Provide functional guidance and share application understanding with IT developers and DQ team members
  • Analyze user requirements and convert them into technical specifications
  • Implement best practices in software development including Agile methodologies
  • Utilize domain knowledge in Life and Annuities Insurance to enhance application relevance and user experience

  • At least 11 years of experience in application projects
  • Should have experience in going through existing code and convert this into a functional requirement document for rewrite
  • Should have good understanding of the Life and Annuities Insurance domain
  • Good to have experience in any RDBMS JavaScript Java
  • Good to have experience/understanding of REST based microservices
  • Good to have experience/understanding in OOPS concepts Web API Entity Framework
  • Good to have good understanding of software implementation best practices
  • Good to have understanding of software implementation best practices
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively
  • Demonstrated problemsolving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Commitment to achieving excellence in software development and customer satisfaction
