What you will do:
- Shadow team members to deeply understand business needs.
- Analyze data and create actionable insights to support decisionmaking.
- Design workflows and document IT architecture to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver impactful projects.
- Develop compelling data visualizations and reports to communicate findings.
What you bring & who you are:
- Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- Knowledge of Credit Risk and regulatory environments.
- Experience with risk data reporting and familiarity with agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in tools like Jira Confluence Power BI and programming skills in Python or R.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English; additional languages like German Spanish or Italian are a plus.
