Job Description

This is a remote position.

Do you have a passion for helping people and a knack for solving problems Miracle Getaways by Maracle is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide topnotch support to our valued clients!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Clients with Inquiries: Respond to customer questions and concerns related to bookings travel plans and itineraries via phone email and chat.
  • Resolve Issues Efficiently: Troubleshoot and resolve any problems or issues that arise before during or after travel ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
  • Provide Personalized Support: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide customized recommendations and solutions.
  • Maintain Customer Records: Keep accurate records of customer interactions bookings and feedback to ensure a smooth and organized process.
  • Collaborate with the Team: Liaise with other departments (sales marketing operations) to ensure timely responses and that all client expectations are met.
