Job Description
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Construction Management or Architecture.
- 5 years of experience as a Project Manager on projects valued at over $50 million.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain professional relationships with owners architects engineers and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
- Review monitor and coordinate approvals for shop drawings and submittals.
- Develop schedules of values and obtain billing approval from the architect or owner.
- Collaborate with the onsite Superintendent to ensure contract conformance.
- Oversee the implementation of the companys Quality Control Program for the project.
- Prepare the project budget manage change orders and oversee cost control adjustments.
- Prepare and monitor all required project reports and logs.
- Coordinate and attend all project meetings and final walkthroughs.
- Supervise staff set performance expectations provide feedback and identify training and development needs.
- Regular onsite presence.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- 5 Days work from office
- Compensation: $140K to $155K 10% Annual bonus
- Total Years of Experience: 10 years
- Relocation 10K paid with the first paycheck
