Head of Manufacturing and Engineering
Salary up to 75000
Based in Lytham 100% onsite position
Role Summary:
Join our team as the Head of Manufacturing and Engineering! Based in Lytham youll develop and deliver the full GMP Manufacturing Engineering and Asset Care Strategy in line with our company plans. Youll coordinate with planning to manufacture all products and ensure that performance is maximized through enhancing engineering capabilities processes and people. Your role includes managing all facility and equipment issues onsite and ensuring products are produced on time and within budget. Youll drive continuous improvement initiatives maintain and improve quality standards and manage health and safety procedures effectively.
About You:
- We are looking for a selfmotivated dynamic individual with strong interpersonal skills and the intellectual capacity to introduce new management techniques.
- You should have batch and process manufacturing experience a solid understanding of TPM/World Class Manufacturing and the ability to manage capital projects. Strong IT skills and an indepth knowledge of current manufacturing systems are essential.
- You should be a team player able to multitask and have the ability to lead in adversity.
- Honesty integrity and high standards of personal conduct are expected.
