We are looking to expand our Technical Operations Team with a dedicated Technical Support Specialist who will assist endusers in their daytoday tasks. In this role you will provide technical support to Yolo employees including the installation configuration and maintenance of devices.
Your daily tasks will be
Providing firstlevel technical support to Yolo employees troubleshooting hardware software and network issues.
Installing configuring and maintaining company laptops mobile devices and peripherals.
Managing and supporting other company devices such as printers TVs video conferencing systems and more.
Overseeing the hardware lifecycle including inventory management audits and procurement.
Creating and maintaining technical documentation for endusers and internal use.
Assisting with setting up new user accounts and configuring access to company systems.
Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.
Staying up to datewith the latest technology trends and industry best practices.
Performing other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
What we expect from you
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
A team player with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and supporting both macOS and Windows operating systems.
Ability to prioritise work effectively and manage a portfolio of tasks independently.
Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments.
Capability to deliver remote support through tools such as ticketing systems and other remote support platforms.
Familiarity with network protocols and troubleshooting (DNS DHCP VPN etc.) is a plus.
Previous experience in a Helpdesk or technical support role is highly desirable.
