Job Description
Role:Gym Manager
Salary: 2735k (FT role) per year plus 50% of PT Income.
We are recruiting for our New Botley Site this role will see you as an integral part of the set up of our newest gym. We are looking for someone passionate about the fitness industry with a strong coaching knowledge.
Our managers are responsible for supporting both our members and coaches fostering an inclusive and kind environment for all to thrive.
On a day to day basis you will coach support your team manage operations and grow the membership base in Botley. You will be responsible for Safeguarding Health & Safety and HR in your site.
Help us bring The Project PT to Botley providing a gym for all ages to be empowered by movement.
Working Week: Full time & Part time: up to 35 hours per week full time
Essential: Level 3 PT 5 years coaching experience 2 years management. You must live within 30 minutes of Botley.
