Role Overview

We have a n opportunity within the Spirax Group plc Communications team for an experienced internal communications professional to curate and drive our internal communication lifecycle in support of 10000 colleagues globally .

This is a 12month fixed term contract r eporting to the Head of Digital Channels Group Communications .

In this role you’ll be part of a dedicated channels team with specific responsibility for the ongoing management and future development of our colleague engagement platform app and digital signage network . You’ll also play a key role in ideating and developing compelling content that reaches and engages our colleagues . And y ou’ll have the opportunity to combine your knowledge and expertise together with the platform data to develop insights that continually inform our approach .

Role Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily management and development of our internal channels ensuring adherence to publishing standards in conjunction with the Head of Digital Channels for content creation page layouts approval processes and governance
  • Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of our internal communications channels and campaigns making datadriven improvements through the collation and analysis of information such as usage trends usability search phrases and statistics
  • Develop and deliver both group and oneonone training sessions providing advice and operational support to administrators content authors editors and site owners
  • Coordinate plan manage and implement internal communication channel initiatives and deliver new functionality through effective change management
  • Identify and establish key processes to support the effectiveness of channels and campaigns
  • Gather feedback on requirements for our internal channels and contribute to a development roadmap for content and functional improvements supporting the ongoing optimi s ation of our internal channels
  • Assist in the planning and ongoing management of the internal communications calendar.
  • Create and maintain relevant process es team and project documentation including activity reports lookaheads milestone trackers and howto guides

Candidate Specification

  • An e xperienced internal or digital communications practitioner with platform management experience
  • An effective collaborator able to build strong relationships and communicate effectively
