Job Description

We are looking for aCustomer Support Representative for a Prestigious Travel Company.

If you are an empathetic individual with excellent listening skills a knack for problemsolving and enjoy being a team player this is the perfect job for you!

Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Support Representative you will be pivotal in understanding and addressing the needs of our international travellers. Your responsibilities include:

  • Listening to responding to and mediating between travellers and accommodation suppliers worldwide ensuring topnotch customer service.
  • Clarifying inquiries regarding services payments and technical requirements providing precise information and following established processes via email and phone.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Proficient in Serbian (C2 level) and advanced English.
  • Communication: Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with PC usage including Office 365 CRM databases and other internal platforms.
  • Mindset: Problemsolving solutionoriented positive and motivated capable of handling challenging customer issues.
  • Work Approach: Goaloriented adaptable to changing priorities and business processes.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service or contact center environments is valued.
  • Availability: Able to work both from the office and remotely (within 100km from the office).
