Job Purpose:
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team developing and implementing sales strategies building strong client relationships and ensuring sales targets are met. This role plays a crucial part in analysing market trends managing sales performance and enhancing overall revenuegeneration.
Minimum Experience:
1012 years into Direct Sales and Team Handling Profile.
Desirable: Preferable from Elevator/Manufacturing/ project management/EPC/DG set/ Material HandlingIndustry / Electrical Contracting or Panel manufacturing Industry/ HVAC/ Car Parking Industry/ SpecialEquipment manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Team Leadership:
- Plan direct and coordinate the operations of the sales team within the branch.
- Provide necessary support and motivation to the sales team to achieve assigned
targets.
2. Market Analysis and Client Development: - Conduct market surveys to identify potential client bases for generating new businessopportunities.
- Analyze market trends customer needs and competitive offerings to develop effective
sales strategies.
3. Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong relationships with architects builders contractors and keydecisionmakers.
- Regularly interact with existing clients to foster strong business relations retainclients and assess future requirements.
4. Sales Strategy Development: - Devise pricing strategies based on market trends and customer needs.
- Provide customized solutions tailored to client requirements and project
specifications.
5. Training and Development: - Train coach and motivate the sales team on sales techniques and current market
trends to enhance sales revenue.
6. Lead Generation and Field Visits: - Generate leads through surveys site visits and client interactions directly or throughthe Team.
- Ensure team members complete 68 client/field visits per day aiming to generate atleast 3 inquiries daily.
7. Quotation Management: - Prepare and submit quotations ensuring maximum profit margins and alignment withcustomer expectations.
- Complete and submit the ESD format to respective coordinators for quotation
preparation.
8. Performance Review: - Conduct regular meetings to review team performance analyze sales reports and
provide feedback. - Take necessary actions against nonperformers based on performance reviews.
9. Reporting and Analysis: - Collate summarize and analyze sales data to prepare meaningful business reports
(MIS) for management review. - Maintain and update the client database regularly for accurate tracking of client
interactions.
10. Order Management: - Follow up continuously with clients until orders are closed.
- Collect technical specifications postorder to ensure project requirements are met.
11. Collaboration: - Conduct joint field visits with team members based on assigned routes to provide
mentorship and support.
12. Additional Responsibilities: - Perform any other tasks assigned by management as needed.
