Job Description
As an Engineering Team Lead for our new Platform team you will dedicate 50% of your time to handson development crafting scalable solutions. The rest 50% team leadership mentoring and driving project success.

Responsibilities
- Maintain high team efficiency development speed and high quality of resulting work
- Be responsible for running team ceremonies setting daily work goals ensuring smooth work flow and reaching the goals agreed with the Product organization
- Lead supervise and motivate employees performs regular 1:1s with each member of their team
- Evaluate performance on a regular basis and recommend salary changes and maintain retention plans and succession plans for team members
- Organize work process coordinate and control work actions ensure the work quality and that tasks are performed on time
- Responsible for the team to understand and follow processes and technologies
- Acts as a mid or senior developer within the team for 50% of the time
Requirements:
- 35 years backend development experience
- Minimum 1 year experience leading a team
- Strong knowledge about agile development methodologies
- Excellent Golang and SQL knowledge unit testing integration testing security testing for code
