Job Description
Ensuring compliance to occupational HSE standards.
Preparing technical documentation and work instructions.
Planning and implementation of production manufacturing process including QA/QC activities
Preparation and implementation of tools rigging devices gauges and appliances necessary for each specific work.
Preparing and maintaining of workplace and CNC machines availability for production operations.
Set up and precision verification of CNC machines
CNC equipment programming
Execution of machining operations.
Quality Control measurements and checks.
Rectification of defects.
Maintenance/repairs of machines and auxiliary equipment/systems.
Requisitioning of consumables spares tools and other materials necessary for production operations/maintenance.
Preparing and submitting work reports and safety related reporting as appropriate.
Identification communication planning and implementation of work process improvements.
Establish annual quarterly monthly or weekly sales plans and prioritize and schedule.
Provide training to all customers and assist in conventional trouble shooting at customers sites when required.
Qualifications :
Higher Professional Education Diploma in machining.
Minimum of 7 years directly job specific experience.
Languages: English (In addition to Kazakh/Russian).
