Home Manager Ipswich Suffolk
£62k £65k plus bonus
We're recruiting on behalf of a values led care provider looking for an experienced Home Manager for a highly regarded nursing home in Suffolk.
About the Home:
You will be the Registered Manager for a 49bed care home in a beautiful Suffolk location providing nursing residential and dementia care for older adults. The home is rated Overall Good by CQC and is supported by a fully staffed team including a Clinical Deputy Manager Admin Manager and heads of department to ensure smooth and collaborative operations.
About the Role:
As the CQC Registered Manager you will lead a dedicated team of nurses carers and support staff focused on delivering compassionate highquality care to residents. Key responsibilities include maintaining compliance overseeing quality and governance with the support of a wider team recruitment financial performance and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in care home management and a commitment to fostering a respectful and residentcentered environment.
About You:
- Experience: Previous management experience in a nursing home setting is required.
- Skills: Strong leadership organisational and commercial acumen.
- Desirable: Registered Nurse with a valid PIN though not essential.
- Attributes: Compassionate proactive and dedicated to continuous improvement for both residents and staff.
