Your role and contribution
- Lead Generation & Acquisition: Identify key contacts at banks and build strategic relationships to close new deals. Guide partners from the pitch to their first successful use of our platform.
- SolutionOriented Sales: Apply a consultative sales approach to understand bank needs tailoring our platform and products to meet their specific requirements. Support bank teams with presentations and training while also creating the necessary materials for sales and onboarding.
- Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at banks including product managers and executives acting as the central point of contact for smooth and efficient communication.
- CrossDepartment Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as product development marketing and customer success to ensure seamless alignment on product updates customer feedback and sales progress.
- Market Presence: Actively participate in networking events and industry meetups to build valuable connections. Stay informed about current trends and developments especially in banking technology and SME solutions.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Provide regular updates and accurate forecasts to keep the leadership team informed about the pipeline and ongoing sales activities.
Your profile
- You approach tasks with a strong hunter mindset always on the lookout for new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. Setbacks dont throw you off course; instead they motivate you to move forward with even more determination.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in sales or business development within the banking sector or financial services industry ideally with a proven track record in B2B sales and closing deals.
Team Player: You value the benefits of agile working methods. Your collaborative approach ensures successful cooperation across departments contributing actively and showing flexibility to quickly adapt to changing requirements. - You understand the structures and processes within the banking industry and ideally have experience with SME credits or fintech products. Your knowledge enables you to engage with banks on equal footing and offer appropriate solutions.
- Your written and verbal communication in both German and English is clear and precise. You know how to tailor messages to technical and nontechnical stakeholders for maximum impact.
- You are flexible and willing to travel regularly to support clients onsite and build new relationships.
