Maintain thorough knowledge of spa products for each face & body treatment / therapy and to perform quality treatments in accordance to hotel brand standards.
Responsible to maintain cleanliness, monitors the status of all equipment, stocks to ensure the efficient & flawless operational of the spa.
1. Treatment Delivery
Provide a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body scrubs, and other wellness therapies.
Customize treatments based on individual client needs and preferences.
2. Client Consultation
Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
Discuss any medical conditions or allergies to ensure safe and effective service.
3. Customer Service
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and maintaining a welcoming environment.
Address client questions or concerns during and after treatments.
4. Hygiene and Safety
Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, adhering to hygiene and sanitation standards.
Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe experience for clients and staff.
5. Product Knowledge
Stay informed about spa products and treatments, providing recommendations for home care.
Educate clients on the benefits of specific products and services.
6. Team Collaboration
Work collaboratively with other spa staff, including receptionists and management, to ensure smooth operations.
Assist in training new staff members and sharing knowledge about treatments.
7. Record Keeping
Maintain accurate client records, including treatment history and preferences.
Report any feedback or concerns from clients to management.
8. Continuous Learning
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and stay current with industry trends.
Attend workshops or seminars to learn about new techniques and treatments.
Knowledge and Experience
College diploma.
Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language.
Past hospitality/tourism experience.
Technical Skills: Proficient in various massage techniques (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone) and facial treatments.
Product Knowledge: Familiarity with skincare and wellness products; ability to recommend appropriate products for clients.
Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing exceptional client service.
Time Management: Ability to manage appointment schedules and ensure timely service delivery.
