Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Analyze interpret and provide insights/conclusions on large amounts of transaction and customer/shopper data globally and by marketing area to communicate impactful recommendations to business leaders
- Creatively articulate the insights behind the data and help our team iterate category futures
- Manage crossfunctional stakeholder needs both effectively and sensitively
- Own seasonal reporting related tasks including building and launching sell through and seasonal performance reports for all assigned categories
Job Qualifications:
- 4year college degree or equivalent grocery industry experience required.
- 13 years' experience working with shoppergenerated or household/transactionlevel data.
- Strong Financial Acumen ability to work with and understand large volumes of financial data. Understanding of P&L and vendor funding is a plus.
- Proficient computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite with advanced level on Excel and Power Point
- Intermediate to advanced level expertise using business analytics software. QMF and Power BI preferred;
- Basic understanding of computer programming language such as Python and SQL a plus
- General knowledge of segmentation models and an ability to synthesize and summarize large amounts of information clearly and concisely.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Willing to be assigned on a night shift schedule.
