The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organizations human resources by planning implementing and evaluating human resources policies programs and practices.
Timings 10 AM to 7 PM Mon to Friday
This is a fulltime work from office position.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback Manage payroll and benefits for employees.
- Work actively on preparing accurate Job Descriptions for openings at the company.
- Manage and maintain all company job listings on various hiring platforms.
- Schedule and Conduct interviews as and when required for various levels of hiring.
- Experience in Nontech hiring is a plus
- Manage fullcycle recruitment for the company sourcing screening selecting hiring and onboarding candidates for various tech and nontech roles.
- Carry out employment verification and background checks for new hires.
- Manage HR Documentation and assist in carrying out company procedures.
- Organize employee engagement and development programs.
- Be the point of contact for employees and respond to queries within the company.

- Good knowledge of GSuite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Good time management and organizational skills.

- Passion to create a diverse and equitable workspace.

- Bachelors degree or relevant experience
- 2 years experience in Human Resources
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
