The ideal candidate will have experience in charity relations and be a member of the Law society Medical negligence panel and/or AvMa.
Requirements
Compile evidence in support of claims
Evaluate the merits of claims
Identify legal and medical issues
Calculate appropriate damages
Draft schedules of loss and statements
Instruct and liaise with medical experts and Counsel
Communicate and negotiate with Defendant Solicitors
Maintain clear communication with clients
Comply with Civil Procedure Rules and Court directions
Provide guidance and support to junior fee earners
Build and nurture contacts to promote business development
Lead structured initiatives to generate referrals and connections
