Job Description

We are recruiting multiple Access Control Administrators for a 3 month contract position working at a large corporate office in Toronto. No specific experience is required but strong administrative skills communication ability and Excel knowledge along with proven reliability is a must!

Salary: $30.00 per hour

Hours of Work:
Monday Tuesday and Thursday 8:00am 4:30pm

Start Date:
Early November
Must be able to work the length of the contract with the understanding that it could be reduced or extended by a few weeks.

Responsibilities
This role will be assisting with the implementation of a new access control systems. The tasks will include the following:
  • Taking pictures of a large number of employees.
  • Building an Excel database for the new access control system that will be installed.
  • Printing and sorting the actual access cards.
  • Distributing the cards to everyone from entry level to high level executives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 13 years of administrative experience is a strong asset.
  • Selfmotivated work with minimal supervision.
  • Organized with a strong attention to detail.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Ability to pass a basic security clearance.
  • Reliability is a must. Commitment to the length of the contract is also expected.
