Shift Schedule: Mon/Tue/Thu; 8a5p

7 shifts/month

Call Schedule: 24hr calls only

Mon/Wed; 7a7a (Wed: w/ surgery assist);

Fri(7a) Mon(7a); 2 weekends/month

Call Response Time: 20 mins

Callback Volume: 02 times

Patient Volume: 1535 per day; Usually 15 (OP)

Support Staff: MA

Required Procedures: Gyn & OB with surgeries and assist in surgery.

Office Equipment: Da Vinci Robot

No. of Beds: 220

EMR: Epic

Other Info:

OP IP Emergency Room coverage for OBGyn.

Must understand the EMR training requirements set forth & will complete in this order to avoid missing start date.

Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

Active UT License or IMLC

BC in OB/GYN (ABOG)

BLS

DEA (If transferred DEA: must keep for the duration of the assignment not just for shifts worked)

Must be available for all functions of the job description.

Clean record or Max of $100k total in MP claims & with Self Inquiry NPDB report.
