Job Description

DSS Consulting Zrt. has been providing comprehensive software development and testing services to large enterprises including banks insurance companies and industrial firms for over 26 years. Initially focused on the Hungarian market we have achieved increasing success internationally in recent years. Our strategic goal is to expand our presence in the German market and grow our client base in Germany.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Acquisition Manager to join our sales team and help us achieve our expansion goals in Germany. Key Responsibilities:

  • Development of Sales Strategy: defining new sales and marketing methods and activities to reach new international clients and increase international revenue
  • Analysis of market opportunities and the needs of potential customers
  • Searching for new clients continuous networking; selling the full service portfolio of DSS to new customers
  • Identifying customers business and ITspecific challenges devising solution concepts conducting related business negotiations and guiding new clients to the contract stage
  • Ongoing collaboration with the marketing department and Key Account Managers and Recruitment


Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of sales experience in the IT sector or a related field. We value the experience and network you bring from similar roles.
  • Proficiency in English and German both written and spoken. Youll use them daily and we support your language development.
  • A willingness to grow and be open to feedback. We believe in continuous development through collaboration.
  • The ability to think within complex systems understanding the "why" and determining the "how."
  • Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills these will open doors for you.
  • A positive successoriented attitude and dynamism. Your energy will not only drive your success but also inspire the team to achieve shared goals.
  • A precise and conscientious approach to work. Your attention to detail ensures tasks are completed to the highest standard.
  • Team spirit and active participation in teamwork. We succeed together with everyone s contributions making a difference.
  • The ability to identify what s essential and simplify complex issues. Simple solutions are often the key to solving big problems.


Nice to have:

  • Indepth knowledge of the banking insurance or industrial sectors.
  • Sales experience and an established network in Germany or the DACH region.
