Requirements
1. Bachelor s Degree: In Business Economics Statistics Data Science or a related field.
2. Data Literacy: Strong understanding of data analytics tools and methodologies. Proficiency in Excel SQL and other relevant tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI) is a plus.
3. Analytical Thinking: Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to interpret and analyze complex data sets.
4. Communication Skills: Ability to explain data insights and trends to nontechnical teams clearly and concisely.
5. CrossFunctional Experience: Comfortable working with various teams understanding their data needs and providing actionable insights.
6. Growth Mindset: Keen interest in business growth strategies and understanding how data can drive decisionmaking in a growth environment.
7. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to accuracy and detail when analyzing data and preparing reports.
