Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic AI/ML Engineer with a strong background in
Computer Vision and OpenCV. The ideal candidate will have 13 years of
handson experience developing optimizing and deploying machine learning
models especially focused on computer vision tasks. You will work on cutting
edge AI/ML projects to solve realworld problems using computer vision
technologies collaborating with crossfunctional teams of data scientists
software engineers and researchers.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop optimize and deploy computer vision models for image and
video analysis tasks using tools such as OpenCV TensorFlow PyTorch
etc.
Implement image processing algorithms for various applications including
object detection segmentation tracking and recognition.
Work with machine learning frameworks to build and finetune deep
learning models for computer vision tasks.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate computer vision
models into production pipelines.
Research and implement stateoftheart techniques in the field of
computer vision and deep learning.
Evaluate model performance conduct experiments and improve
algorithms based on project needs.
Handle data collection annotation and preprocessing ensuring high
quality datasets for training models.
Keep up to date with the latest advancements in AI ML and computer
vision proposing new methods or tools for continuous improvement.
Work with software engineers to optimize computer vision models for
deployment on various platforms including edge devices and cloud
environments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
24 years of experience working on AI/ML and Computer Vision
projects.
Strong experience with OpenCV and image processing techniques.
Proficiency in one or more deep learning frameworks such as
TensorFlow Keras or PyTorch.
Solid programming skills in Python with an emphasis on performance
optimization.
Knowledge of machine learning algorithms particularly those used in
computer vision tasks such as convolutional neural networks (CNNs)
object detection and image segmentation.
Familiarity with common image processing techniques such as feature
extraction thresholding morphological transformations and contour
detection.
Experience with data augmentation and model evaluation for image
related tasks.
Ability to work with large datasets and preprocess data for training models
(image resizing normalization etc.).
Strong problemsolving skills and ability to translate business
requirements into technical solutions.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work in
a dynamic and collaborative environment
