Job Description
Subject Matter Expert l MIS GPS ResOps
Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science Finance or related eld
5 years of relevant experience in a business analyst data analyst or statistical analyst role.
Must be procient in Excel Google SheetGoogle form Google slides Knowledge and Data
Studio
SQL Basic and Google AppScript is added benet
Advanced ability to draw insights from analysis supported by data and clearly communicate
them to the stakeholders and senior management as required.
Create monthly weekly and daily reports in google sheet.
Facilitate the accurate and timely submission of reports
Develop automation of processes to improve quality and reduce manual work.
Work independently on projects and other assignments
Primary Responsibilities:
Primary responsibility of the role is around data analytics and insights generation. Making sure the
right data is geing captured working on dashboards daily/weekly reports helping in planning &
measuring performances are core responsibilities.
Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS).
Understand operational problems and provide appropriate technical solutions.
Generate and distribute management reports in an accurate and timely manner.
Create & publish Billing Forecast reports on ad hoc basis.
Publish Estimate & Actual Billing
Build Employee Performance score cards based on the Projects (KPIs Key Performance
Indicators) & publish the reports on a weekly & monthly basis.
This role will have interactions with internal business teams & I required external partners like
Google .
Dashboard & report generation / MIS either on excel or Google Sheets

- Working on Continuous Intermittent Workers Compensation Military FMLA NonMedical leaves Employment status Job Description ADA claim etc.
- Working on leave of Absence return from leave with or without restrictions.
- Providing confirmation of hours/earnings and Eligibility of FMLA (Family Medical Leave Act).
- Completing State Leave forms as well as responding to inquired from for vendor in the USA and Canada.
- Working on Employer Statements and follow up inquiries from for STD/LTD vendor.
- Disability Claims STD LTD Basic life insurance and Optional life insurance including commissions/ Mileages.
- Working on ADA American Disability Act packets for Disability claims.
- Calculating Deduction in Arrears and Billing Letters those are on Leave of absence.
