2. Language Proficiency Confirmation: Participation requires a live phone call to verify your language proficiency. This step ensures that all contributors possess the necessary skills to work on the LLM effectively.

3. Personal Information Disclosure: As part of the project, you will need to share some personal information with our end customer. This is a standard procedure aimed at ensuring transparency and compliance.

4. Invoicing Capability: You should be able to invoice Acolad for the work you perform. Familiarity with basic invoicing procedures is essential to streamline the payment process.

5. Suitability Survey Completion: Candidates must fill out a Suitability Survey to help us assess your fit for the project. This survey is crucial for gathering information about your skills and experience.

6. Freelancer Registration: Interested candidates need to register on our website. During the registration process, please include the phrase “LLM2024” in the introduction field, along with a brief description of yourself or your company. This helps us identify applicants specifically interested in this project.

7. Language Pairs: It is essential to indicate all language pairs you work with that include English in both directions (e.g., English-Yiddish, Yiddish-English). This information will help us determine your areas of expertise and how they align with the project's requirements.
