Experience: 5 to 12 years

Roles and Responsibilities for Relationship Manager
Ensure that all branches/teams within the cluster meet or exceed their sales targets for banking products broking services mutual funds wealth management and insurance products.
Drive crossselling of financial products across branches to maximize revenue generation including broking services insurance loans and investment products such as mutual funds and portfolio management services (PMS).
Develop strategies to retain existing clients by offering personalized financial advice investment reviews and continuous support to ensure longterm client satisfaction.
Building the team Motivating mentoring and guiding the team. Creating the business plan and help the team to achieve it.
To acquire and build relations with HNI Retail and corporate customers.
To educate all segments of customers with various investments avenues available and to provide high quality advise to them on their asset s allocation.
To provide end to end service relations to existing customers relationship on a proactive manner.

Roles and Responsibilities for Team Leader
The individual is required to provide advisory services to High Net worth Individuals (HNI) and Retail clients in Equity Derivatives and Currency Markets.
Educate and attract customers to invest in the stock market
Ensure that internal controls are in place at the branch; and compliance requirements are adhered to
If required punch and place orders with the consent of customers
Their role includes activating clients through effective advisory and crossselling products such as Mutual Funds Insurance and PMS to generate revenue.
Responsibilities also involve acquiring new clients retaining existing clients and addressing their complaints and queries. Additionally client profiling is an integral part.
Support and provide inputs to the team in discharging of responsibilities
