Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management: Oversee and manage the receipt storage and distribution of products within the warehouse.
Operational Efficiency: Ensure warehouse operations are carried out in an effective and safe manner implementing strategies for continual improvement.
Team Leadership: Lead train and develop warehouse staff promoting a culture of safety and efficiency.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure all activities are in compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
Quality Assurance: Maintain standards of health and safety hygiene and security in the work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Familiarity with inventory management software and systems
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in supply chain or logistics is an advantage
