Job Description
TFS HealthScience is a leading midsized Contract Research Organization (CRO) dedicated to partnering with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies throughout their clinical development journey. Our Clinical Operations team led by industry experts combines the fullservice capabilities and global reach of a large CRO with the flexibility and personal approach of a midsized CRO.
As a member of our SRS team you will be dedicated to a single sponsor.
Responsibilities
Join a dedicated team in a sponsordedicated role managing publication plans and driving strategic communications for respiratory and immune therapies. As a key member you will collaborate with stakeholders globally to ensure the timely and compliant delivery of scientific publications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic publication plans specific to the sponsors clinical programs.
- Serve as the main point of contact between the sponsor and internal/external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the sponsors regional teams to ensure alignment on global publication activities.
- Ensure ethical compliance and transparency in all publication outputs.
- Lead publication steering committees with study investigators.
- Manage budgets forecasting and external agency deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in health sciences or communications.
- Strong experience in medical communications within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven project management skills especially in a sponsordedicated environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders within budget.
Desirable: Postgraduate degree global experience and knowledge in respiratory and immunology.
