Responsibilities:

Resource Allocation: Determine the required resources such as materials equipment and manpower for each project phase and allocate them appropriately to ensure smooth project execution.
Scheduling: Create and maintain project schedules using specialized software tools considering the sequence of activities critical paths and resource availability.
Cost Estimation: Assist in estimating project costs including material quantities labor expenses and equipment requirements to support budgeting and financial planning.
