Job Description

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • People Skills: You enjoy talking to people and helping them solve their problems.
  • Experience: 2-3 years in a customer-facing role, preferably as a Customer Success Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, or similar role, with a focus on API products.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in JavaScript and a solid understanding of API concepts, RESTful architecture, and web services.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal skills in English.
  • Empathy: Naturally empathetic, with a willingness to step into customers’ shoes.
