Job Description
Position Title: General Manager Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 50K SAR allinclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus other benefits Job Location: Al Khobar KSA About the Client: One of the leading wellestablished EPC contracting companies in the Middle East. Oversee and lead all operational activities of the company in Saudi Arabia Manage relationships with key stakeholders foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement and achieve operational objectives in alignment with the organizations overall mission and goals Provide visionary leadership to the Project Division setting clear goals and strategies for project execution; assist the CEO in establishing country level goals objectives & targets Generate business development plan with a vision of continuous increase in business share in the market Represent the company at business promotion platforms committee meetings and at various formal & informal functions
Requirements
Qualifications: Male 60 years old and below Bachelors degree in engineering Minimum of 15 years of senior leadership experience in operations management with a track record of success in driving business growth and achieving operational excellence. Proven experience in managing operations in the Oil & Gas construction engineering or related industries preferably in the Saudi Arabian market
