Translate the business strategy into digital platform through the cooperation with the concerned departments and the digital marketing agencies to achieve the digital marketing KPIs including the website social media ecommerce mobile applicationetc.
Accountabilities:
- Lead the execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all paid owned and earned media channels
- Lead a crossfunctionally with Data Product and Tech teams to enhance the performance of digital strategies and grow the organizations digital presence
- Manage & Develop and a 360degree digital marketing strategy to drive user acquisition engagement and retention for the app.
- Plan optimize and implement direct marketing automation campaigns (email push notifications SMS WhatsApp) to ensure personalized and relevant engagement with Loyalty Team.
- Lead the deployment of marketingled user stories bridging the gap between marketing and data teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration
- Develop the departments KPIs through the cascading of the divisions SMART objectives and monitoring the implementation to ensure the achievement of the set KPI
Work Environment:
- Indoors : 90%
- Outdoors : 10%
- Working Days : 5 Working Days
- Days off : 2 Days Off
- Working Hours : 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (1 hour break)
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing Digital Media or a related field Certifications in digital marketing analytics and marketing automation platforms
- Experience: 9 12 Years of Experience Knowledge of Digital Marketing Landscapes and Trends & experience in leading digital marketing teams and delivering measurable results
- Computer Skills: MS Office Suite
- Languages: English Arabic
