We are an ecommerce startup from Frankfurt am Main founded in 2021 and strengthen brands with individual packaging. Our team consists of passionate experts who love both branding and gastronomy. Together we strengthen the brand awareness of our partners and make them even better known!
To strengthen our team we are looking for a motivated Jr. Purchase Manager to join our team and act as an important interface to our manufacturers and customers.

And our big goal We want to be Europes largest online manufacturer of individually printed packaging by 2028!

Tasks
Your Tasks:
- Contact with various nations across Europe: Communication and collaboration with international partners especially working with your colleagues in Istanbul and sourcing great products and reliable suppliers.
- Supply Chain Management: Monitoring and optimizing the entire supply chain.
- Purchasing & Inventory Planning: Ensuring that our partners packaging is always available enabling them to grow without worries.
- Negotiations with manufacturers logistics companies and more: Conducting contract and price negotiations.
- Visiting manufacturers & relevant trade fairs: Maintaining contacts & networking with our partners across Europe.
- Supporting the Sales Team: Creating offers & calculations
Requirements
- Multilingual: Very good command of English and ideally other languages (Turkish and English are a must).
- Team Player: Willing to pitch in even when its not directly your area.
- Experience: In supply chain management or similar fields.
- Stress Resistant: Ability to efficiently solve problems in the supply chain.
- Responsibility: You will be responsible for inventory planning and shipping management.
- Experience with Office Programs: Proficient in MS Office and ideally experienced with ERP systems.
