Job Description
Member of ECM Shared Service team that provides operational support in area of Engineering Change Management to several locations at HC.
Assure the role of local Change Management inside ECM Toolset processes based on single ECRs:
- Review and assure the quality of ECR content
- Coordination and tracking of approvals within the site
- Coordination and tracking of cross site approvals if required
- Carry out the changes in the local documentation at Implementation phase:
- Creation changing and deactivation of Master Data owned by local site at SAP P11 (Material Master BOMs and Classification) ensuring completeness and correctness (data quality)
- Release of documents from TC to SAP P11
- Ensure distribution to local SAPsystems if required
Qualifications :
- Graduate (preferable) or as alternative with 12nd year (minimum)
- Good competencies in English (mandatory);
- Good competencies as user of basic IT tools
- Assertively methodology and organization.
- Experienced at Engineering Change Management and Material Master Data processes (preferable)
- General overview about different processes at HC organization (preferable)
