Business Development Representative FTE Bay Area CA
Bay Areabased candidates would be highly preferred but we are open to candidates who are willing to relocate to the Bay Area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth. Achieve growth targets originate deals and acquire new clients through proactive demand generation and consultative selling.
- Build and maintain strong longlasting relationships with Clevel executives key decisionmakers and influencers within target organizations. Establish crossfunctional CXO relationships and generate market momentum in the U.S. markets.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends customer needs and the competitive landscape providing actionable insights to shape sales strategies.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals ensuring a robust pipeline of opportunities and consistent achievement of sales targets.
- Lead contract negotiations ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the company and clients while adhering to legal and compliance requirements.
- Work closely with delivery teams project managers and technical experts to ensure a seamless transition from sales to project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics providing regular updates to senior leadership and making datadriven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing IT or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree from a prestigious institution is preferred.
- Minimum of 48 years of experience in sales business development or a related role within the IT consulting or services industry.
- Prior experience in the Staffing/Recruiting industry is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to think strategically identify business opportunities and develop innovative solutions to meet client needs.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Sales experience in IT consulting services.
