Job Description
Job Title: eCommerce Manager
Location: Hybrid (23 days in Kennesaw GA office)
Pay Rate: $35 $42 per hour (W2)
Indusrty: American flags flag poles and flag accessories dropship sales.

We are looking for an experienced eCommerce Manager to drive our online sales strategy and enhance our digital presence.
Job Description: As the eCommerce Manager you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online store on Shopify developing marketing strategies and overseeing the overall customer experience. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure a seamless online shopping journey and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize our Shopify eCommerce platform to enhance user experience and drive sales.
- Develop and implement eCommerce marketing strategies including email marketing social media campaigns and SEO/SEM initiatives.
- Analyze website performance sales metrics and customer behavior to inform decisionmaking and improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the product design and customer service teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
- Oversee inventory management and product listings ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
- Stay current with eCommerce trends and technologies applying best practices to improve operations and customer engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in eCommerce management with a focus on Shopify.
- Proven track record of increasing online sales and improving customer experience.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
