Under the general guidance of the Director of Food & Beverage or any other authorized by the management, assist in ensuring friendly, efficient and effective service of food and beverages to all guests in a timely fashion in accordance with standards and individual guest requirements, at all times respecting the Mondrian Doha Vision.
How Your Day Looks Like
Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
Previous work experience in a restaurant/food and beverage setting
Flexibility with shifts of the outlet dependent on business demands
Previous Experience: Experience as a server or in a customer service role is preferred, especially in restaurants or food service environments.
Skills and Abilities
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
Customer Service Orientation: Strong commitment to providing exceptional service and creating a positive dining experience.
Multitasking Abilities: Ability to manage multiple tables and tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service.

Attention to Detail: Careful and precise in taking orders, serving food, and handling guest requests.
Positive Attitude: Friendly and approachable demeanor that enhances the overall guest experience.
Team Player: Willingness to work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other servers.
Additional Qualifications
Knowledge of Food and Beverage: Familiarity with the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairings, to assist guests effectively.
Basic Math Skills: Ability to handle cash transactions, process payments, and calculate tips accurately.
Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
