This role requires a hands-on approach and a passion for outdoor hospitality, as the majority of your work will be conducted in our beautiful, sunlit poolside environment.
Key Responsibilities
Previous experience in a restaurant management role or supervisory position, preferably in an outdoor or poolside setting.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
A passion for outdoor work and a commitment to creating memorable guest experiences.
Physical Requirements
Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions.
Compliance: Adhere to health and safety regulations, including food safety practices, and ensure that all staff comply with these standards.
Customer Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with guests, seeking feedback and implementing improvements based on their suggestions.
Sales and Marketing: Support promotional efforts, contribute to menu development, and assist in driving sales and increasing revenue.
