Job Description

The applicant should be willing to travel extensively within the city and interact/work with stakeholders including Government departments vendors event organizers venue managers and service providers.

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Manage the procurement of materials and services required for different program teams at optimal cost and service quality
  • Designing detailed operational plans & proposals for events to support the Internal teams
  • Research and identify relevant venues secure bookings & manage relationships with venue managers
  • Coordinate with Police and other Government departments for permissions and related liaising
  • Organizing all logistics including printing caterers contractors and equipment hire and planning for all safety and risk management for the events
Other Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with design marketing and communications team
  • Support other Day to Day Operations
Preferred Education Qualification / Experience:
  • Work experience 3 to 7 years
  • Any graduates with relevant work experience
  • Prior experience in managing procurements while adhering to processes
  • Experience Prior event operations coordination during college or past work
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
  • Reasonable interpersonal and communication skills English Tamil & Hindi
  • Basic computer skills MS Word & Excel Required
  • Excellent event and vendor management skills
  • Resourceful responsible and selfstarting
  • Willingness to travel extensively locally nationally (travel expenses will be reimbursed)
  • Having a twowheeler essential
Other Information:
  • Reporting to : Manager Operations
  • Designation : Lead to Assistant Manager Procurement & Event Operations (based on the candidate s profile)
  • Expected Age : Below 30
  • Scope : Willing to work flexible hours
  • Remuneration : 5 to 7.5 LPA based on the candidate s profile
  • Expected Joining Date : Immediate.
