Were looking for a skilled ServiceNow Technical Consultant with deep expertise in CSM (Customer Service Management) to drive transformation for our global clients.
What Were Looking For:
- Specialized Expertise in ServiceNow CSM: 35 years of handson experience with the CSM module is a must. A strong understanding of ITSM will give you an added advantage.
- UI Builder Expertise: Experience with UI Builder is a plus. Youll help create seamless userfriendly interfaces that enhance customer journeys.
- Technical Mastery: Proficient in JavaScript UI Policies UI Actions Workflows Business Rules Client Scripts Script Includes and ACL.
- ServiceNow Development & Integration: Extensive experience in the development implementation and integration of ServiceNow solutions including SOAP and RESTful APIs.
- Handson Experience with ServiceNow Modules: Youve worked with ITSM CSM and Service Portal. Youve handled multiple integrations and have experience in Agent Workspace Virtual Agent and instance upgrades/patching.
- System Optimization: Ability to identify deficiencies and recommend continual service improvements for optimized workflows.
- Integration & Innovation: Knowledge of integrating ServiceNow with monitoring tools OpenFrame/CTI technology NOW Experience UI Framework JMS integrations and internationalization (i18n).
- Additional Knowledge: Basic understanding of ServiceNows Machine Learning Predictive Intelligence capabilities and MID Server setup is a plus.

- Deliver tailored ServiceNow solutions to enhance customer service management and drive operational excellence.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration and continuous improvement of ServiceNow implementations.
- Lead or participate in system upgrades patching and support initiatives to keep systems secure and uptodate.
- Create userfriendly interfaces and optimize workflows to improve overall system efficiency and customer experience.
