Job Description
Position: Tech Lead (Software Developer for Bluetooth LE Device Integrations)
Drstore is seeking a Tech Lead to work on Bluetooth device integrations. This role involves building upon Drstore s proprietary Bluetooth libraries written in Dart to support our Flutterbased or React Native based mobile applications. You will have the opportunity to work across multiple product lines and interact with a multidisciplinary team of software developers designers and medical professionals.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Create Dart libraries to encapsulate/manage Bluetooth communication activities and processes for multiple Bluetooth devices.
- Follow vendor specification documents or work with vendorprovided SDKs
- Write documentation for Bluetooth libraries and Bluetooth devices
- Test and debug Bluetooth devices
- Effectively communicate and coordinate with team members
- Report daytoday activities and progress
- Adapt and learn new technologies
- Manage product and project development ensuring timely delivery and quality
- Lead and mentor a team of developers fostering a collaborative and productive environment
- Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Postsecondary diploma or degree (or working towards) in computing science software development or similar experience
- Minimum 5 and maximum 8 years of experienceExperience with Flutter IOT or React Native IOT
- Experience with Dart or similar languages (e.g. Java Kotlin C# etc.)
- Strong understanding of bitlevel data structures and their manipulation (i.e. bit wise operations endianness)
- Able to work with existing software libraries (SDKs) and develop new software libraries (able to reason about public/private concerns create APIs to expose functionality to other developers read and write library documentation etc.)
- Strong technical problemsolving skills
- Experience with Git
- Fluent in English
- Experience in product/project management
- Team handling experience
- Experience with wellness platforms and productbased companies
- Knowledge of wearable and hardware integration
- Bluetooth integration and SDK integration experience
- Experience working on smart devices
Education & Experience: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred). Current Registered Nurse License in Virginia or Multi state Compact License. Recent acute care RN experience in a hospital setting (preferred 1 year, will consider 6 months).
