Job Description
As a Customer Support and Sales Assistant you ll be at the forefront of customer interactions managing support inquiries and driving sales through various channels. You ll work with a dynamic ecommerce platform engage with customers on social media and play a crucial role in influencer marketing campaigns. This role offers a unique blend of customer service sales and digital marketing responsibilities making it perfect for someone who thrives in a fastpaced multifaceted environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer support inquiries through multiple channels
- Handle order releases on the company s ecommerce platform
- Engage with potential customers as a DM setter on Instagram
- Assist in closing sales and inform customers about promotions
- Create and send draft orders to influencers via Shopify
- Respond to AIgenerated chat conversations from ad clicks
- Process 1020 customer messages daily
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience and boost sales
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience with ecommerce platforms preferably Shopify
- Proficiency in Instagram and other social media platforms
- Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer service principles
- Strong multitasking abilities and effective time management skills
- Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new software
- Passion for fashion and ecommerce industry trends
